About the Role
An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced administrator to join a well-established and expanding Scotch whisky company. We are looking for someone competent in the Microsoft Office Package, especially Excel, to provide highly professional and proactive support to the Estates team.
Requirements
Key responsibilities:
Cost Spreadsheets
Invoicing and purchase orders
Ordering materials and parts
Updating and editing risk assessments
Obtaining quotations and organising of external contractors across all sites
Monitoring Training dates and booking renewals/refresher courses
Waste contracts across all sites
General admin for Estates Team and Estates Manager
Organising and managing the teams van fleet
Organising and managing the team when working outside of area (accommodation, transport etc)
Organising and managing delivery and collection of skips across sites.
Getting quotes for and then organising and managing contractors on sites when required
Monitoring monthly inspections and ensuring test and inspection are carried out on time.
Ensuring sites have all utilities (tea, coffee, toilet paper etc)
Updating and keeping track of inventories across sites
Essential Experience:
Experience in a similar role or in the construction industry
Experience with risk assessments and monthly inspections.Essential:
