Summary of Role

This role will require you to work in a face paced and proactive environment, this person will need to liaise with both customers and consumers to ensure the highest level of customer care is given. This role will be crucial in the growth of the company through building strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholders. This role will give the right candidate a chance to use their experience and knowledge to shape and influence a small company with big ambition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Entering customer orders into an ERP system. 

  • Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed prior to orders being shipped. 

  • Answering customer queries or questions around Aceo products or services via telephone and email.  

  • Strong product knowledge around the whisky and spirits industry. 

  • Liaising with various relevant departments to ensure orders are on track and of a high quality. 

  • Continuously developing and working on the company's customer service offering. 

  • Being fair and considerate to customers whilst ensuring we are also doing the best for the business. 

  • Communicate any potential leads with the sales team. 

  • Build strong relationships with our customers and consumers. 

  • Monitor and process all sales from our various websites.

  • Weekly physical stock checks, reconciling on ERP. 


Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build effective relations internally and externally 

  • Ambition and self-motivation 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and must be analytical 

  • Adaptability and confidence 

  • Proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written 

  • Ability to work under pressure and have strong timekeeping skills 

  • Strong communication skills. 

  • A professional & presentable demeanour with a great telephone manner 

  • A proficiency in the Microsoft Office Package 

  • Excellent organisational/administrative skills with very strong attention to detail 



  • 2 + years customer service experience


  • Drinks or whisky industry experience

  • Educated to degree level

Multi-Skilled Tradesperson

Salary Band:

£24,000 - £27,000

Summary of Role

An opportunity has arisen to join the Building & Maintenance Team of a well-established and expanding Scotch Whisky Company. The company currently has properties in Gloucestershire, Scotland & France.

We require a full-time experienced tradesman with a good understanding of all trades to be involved in and capable of tackling a variety of building and maintenance projects. They will be required to visit the different sites and properties within the company and complete works as instructed by the Estates Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ground works

  • concreting works

  • traditional roof slating and repairs

  • fitting windows and doors

  • brick, block and stone work

  • painting and decorating

  • general maintenance tasks

  • communicating effectively with others in the building and maintenance team

  • liaising with other members of staff within the company regarding maintenance issues

  • ordering materials cost effectively

  • ensuring all work is completed in compliance with the companies Health & Safety policies


Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  • a can-do attitude and the ability to find solutions to problems

  • ability to work alone or as part of a team

  • a proficiency in general building trades

  • ability to work efficiently and complete jobs on time

  • good communication skills

  • requirement qualified multi trade professional (Builder, Roofer, or Multi-Trade Maintenance Tradesperson)

  • produce work to a high standard of workmanship

  • minimum of 5-year experience in a similar role



  • a full driver’s licence

  • own vehicle to travel to various sites

  • local work within Speyside and surrounding areas

  • requirement qualified multi trade professional (Builder, Roofer, or Multi-Trade Maintenance Tradesperson)

  • minimum of 5-year experience in a similar role
