Graphic Designer

Salary Band:

£23,000 - £26,000

Summary of Role

We are searching for someone to join and be a part of the Design team in the Marketing department helping in the creation of company design and marketing materials, literature,
brands, packaging, and products, including Aceo Sprits and Murray McDavid Whisky.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design of all marketing materials for a variety of drinks brands.

  • Create 3D visuals/models and renders

  • Produce final artwork for both print and online reproduction

  • Develop new and existing brands/product designs

  • Work to design briefs

  • Advise and assist our customers with their design requirements

  • Liaise and negotiate with printing and production companies on quality and price

  • Upload videos, images and content to social media/web channels as required

  • Contribute to the design and maintenance of the company website.

  • Creation of social media content

  • Degree level education (preferred)


  • A passion for and understanding of Photography

  • Product design experience

  • Experience of working in the drinks industry

  • Video editing (preferred)

  • Digital and website design - (understanding of WordPress/other content managed website platforms

Stock Accountant


Livingston, Scotland

Salary Band:

£25,000 - £30,000 plus study

Summary of Role

To ensure that the day-to-day stock transactions are correctly recorded and accounted. This is a “hands-on” role and will involve working collaboratively with the finance and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working collaboratively with both the finance and operations teams to ensure stock records are correctly maintained.

  • Ensuring policies, procedures and processes are followed to ensure both sound financial and stock control.

  • Monitoring and reporting of sales, costs, and margins.

  • Reconciling stock control accounts.

  • Reconciling goods received not invoiced (GRNI) control account.

  • Preparing, reviewing, and updating bills of materials.

  • Preparing, reviewing, and updating product costings.

  • Reviewing, inputting, and correcting purchase orders.

  • Reviewing, inputting, and correcting sales orders.

  • Processing supplier invoices.

  • Raising sales invoices in ERP system.

  • Ensuring duty payments are correctly accounted.

  • Conducting cycle / stock counts.

  • Preparation of adhoc reports, evaluations.

  • Assisting with forecasts and budgets.

  • Supporting senior management with key business decisions/options appraisal.
