Our strong links with the major whisky producers and considerable stock of cask whisky means we can offer the full range of Scotch whisky. We also offer a selection of other spirits.

Single Malt Scotch Whisky

​

Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a Scotch whisky distilled at a single distillery.

This part of our Cask Whisky List divides into three sections:

• Vintage: whiskies aged between 31 and 50 years

• Old: whiskies aged between 15 and 30 years

• Single: whiskies aged between 3 and 14 years

It also features a section for New Fill Spirit, which contains products aged 0 to 2 years. We sometimes refer to this section as "Young Single Malt", although we would remind you that spirit that has not been matured for a minimum of three years cannot be sold as whisky.

Blended Malt Scotch Whisky

​

Blended Malt Scotch Whisky is a blend of Single Malt Scotch Whiskies which have been distilled at more than one distillery. These whiskies are a vatting of different casks.

Single Grain Scotch Whisky

​

Single Grain Scotch Whisky is Scotch whisky distilled at a single distillery (i) from water and malted barley with or without whole grains of other malted or unmalted cereals, and (ii) which does not comply with the definition of Single Malt Scotch Whisky or Blended Scotch Whisky.

This part of our Cask Whisky List divides into three sections:

• Vintage: whiskies aged between 31 and 50 years
