The Sampling Process

We can draw samples to enable you to evaluate and taste whiskies before purchase. This service allows you to taste, nose, and see the colour of the spirit. Many of our customers use the service to allow them to assess a whisky's similarity to a previous whisky they purchased.

A 5cl sample costs £15.00 plus the cost of postage & packaging.

Please note that due to the number of sample enquiries and requests we process, requesting a sample does not reserve a cask. In the event that a cask that you are sampling sells before you are able to make a decision, we will still need to charge you for the sample in order to cover our administration costs.
